The hotel itself was clean and nice.

The multiple threats and badgering for upfront payment were completely unacceptable and unnecessary. I just paid upon arrival with the credit card that they kept saying was not correct and it was fine. What a shame about the hassle prior to arrival.

Amazing Stay at Amata Patong! I really enjoyed my stay at Amata Patong. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room, 836, had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset, which made my experience even more special. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
