Beautiful boutique hotel. Very ideal location and staff are extremely kind and helpful. The attention to detail is admirable. Continental breakfast was delicious as well as the meals they have available on their menu. I would book at this location again.

the attentiveness and attention to detail is amazing. Carlos was great. Always giving us tips and recommendations of where to eat and where to visit. staying at this location makes me want to go back to Oaxaca many more times.

Hotel Palacio Borghese had a Fabulous location steps from great restaurants, the pedestrian street, wonderful churches and shops, the customer service was excellent. The bedding, products, robe, slippers were all great quality . Continental breakfast was geear - We would highly recommend

Bed was phenomenal pillows and Room took me away to Europe. Staff was Excellent Carlos , Farid, and Jose were all Attentive with Information about local spots in Oaxaca and very resourceful. The Hotel was Squeaky Clean and serene . The breakfast was good. as well as lunch

Hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They take care of you like if you were at home. The location of the hotel was great, you can pretty much walk everywhere. Overall 10/10

The building itself is lovely & incredibly well located. And, Carlos the concierge couldn’t have been more amenable. But the rooms were not great & I would not book again.

Superb location and the staff were excellent. Lovely rooms, but all a bit tired and run down. We had 2 rooms on the top floor which had a lovely view and breakfast on the terrace but bring the earplugs as it was very very noisy (low season).

Palacio Borghese is excellent. Ideal location: just a block from key attractions like Santo Domingo and a short walk to the Zocalo. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in Venezia (the stand-up show was lovely) and Siena (street-facing but still very quiet). The hotel has a lovely internal courtyard where they serve continental breakfast. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. They also have excellent sightseeing and restaurant recommendations -- like a mole tasting at Los Pacos Restaurant. The staff also make transportation arrangements for us to visit the Zapotec ruins in Monte Alban. This place is special. It truly felt like staying with caring folks in a grand colonial mansion. The manager, Don Carlos, is exceptionally excellent.

This missionary house converted hotel is located centrally and in walkable distance to churches and market. About 30 min ride from the airport. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. Excellent breakfast choices with many vegi options. I like the fact that we need to ring the door bell to enter as makes it very safe. Hotel and rooms are very clean and has all the necessary amenities. It’s is located close to jazz club so music is loud till about 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Many restaurants in walkable distance to enjoy Mexican food.
