Water House on Main street by TO

The property is hard to find and when we finally found it, the hotel told us that they always provide explicit instructions for guests but since we booked through Expedia they weren’t able to get them to us. They said they have informed Expedia many times of this problem with no results. So I would rate Expedia poorly in this situation, not the hotel.

The room was really hot and didn’t have a/c. We opened our windows while we were in the condo but didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open while we were gone or slept. We were told upon check in that they didn’t have housekeeping services that weekend, which was kind of bizarre for a holiday weekend. Also, luckily we ran into a maintenance guy who had to run a quick water test, otherwise the hot tub appeared closed. Also, the lighting is terrible in the bathrooms, which could prob be improved.

We had a great time at Water House. The Location was perfect and convenient to Main Street. we would definitely stay here again.

Impeccably maintained condominium with every amenity you could ever want. The kitchen was state of the art with high end appliances, granite and marble bathrooms, comfy bed, stone fireplace and the pool and hot tub overlook the mountains. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier!

I did like that the property was very secure. You needed your room key to use the elevators and to enter all outside doors, very safe!!

Great condo right in the heart of Breckenridge.

No Airconditioning. We had a 10 month old that made it very hard to sleep when it was 80 degrees in the condo even with the windows open.

Very nice hotel! Wish the pool and hot tubs were available more hours!

Expensive but wonderful condo room as close to Main St as there is. Underground free parking. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved our stay. Well appointed kitchen meant coffee and self made breakfast in bed every morning without going out.
