Water House on Main street by TO

We absolutely loved our stay and we will be staying there again in the future. The shuttle was great, the late shift staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. We could of used more clarification on the fact there is no room cleaning of any type while you stay there. We called and asked for the beds to be done up and more towels and when we came back after skiing, there was a stack of sheets and towels were left on the couch. Pay attention where you park or you will get a parking ticket and your spots are labeled but look very similar to the other hotels.

Very nice condo unit in a great location. Minor issues: -Lighting in bedroom is very poor. Really should be an overhead light as it is difficult to even pack with the existing lighting. -No housekeeping. Not an issue for a short stay, but if you were there for a week, it would be nice. And, for the rates, seems as though there should be.

Great condo, experienced some issues w/parking and keys. They did not work a lot of the time which was frustrating. Will stay w/u again!

The Pros: The hotel is in a great location. A short walk to the nearest lift, shops and great restaurants. The shuttle was great for getting around town. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The Cons: There were several issues with the room. We stayed in the one-bedroom condo with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The dishes in the cabinet were not cleaned so, we had to run everything through the dishwasher. The mattress in the bedroom was old and thin but OK for a few days. We planned to use the sofa bed but, it was all springs and not usable. When we checked in, the TV in the bedroom would not get a signal. We complained about the sofa bed and the TV. Nothing was done about the sofa bed and it took 5 days to get the TV working. The front desk listened to our complaints but did not offer any solutions or even a discount. For $500 per night, I expected better.

Excelent! Great place, easy and short access to ski lift, rentals and shops.

While we onlybstayed one night the prpertt anaccomodations were great. We would definitely stay here again.

The apt is great and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it if you are not looking to use any additional hotel facilities. The gym, pool and Jacuzzi are just too far and the closest Jacuzzi did not have any views, small and a bit crowded.

Lighting very dim with multiple light bulbs burnt out. Had to call multiple times to refresh towels. Sheets were never changed in 5 days. Service and quality poor for price paid.

Only complaint was couldn't find any towels for the pool and our bed wasn't terribly comfortable. All else - accommodations, location, and amenities were terrific!

Loved, loved, loved our stay at Water House on Main. Beautifully appointed condo. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. They have a shuttle, but we never used it, so can't comment on its timeliness. Housekeeping was great and did a full luxury bedding swap after one of our littles had an overnight accident (Thank heavens they had a waterproof mattress pad in place!) Too chilly and rainy in August to use the pool, but the hot tubs were great! Overall, super-pleased with our stay! *This was obviously a summer vacation, so I can't comment on the winter experience, but the ski storage looked clean and convenient with plenty of lockers.* Were looking forward to returning in the winter to find out ;).
