Sun Grove Villas & Spa

Villa was clean and tidy . Plenty of towel ,there was a cleaning package which was fantastic there was even washing pods for your clothes and washing up liquid dishwasher tablets even bin bags . They also left a few coffee pods . We had a problem with the pool heating which you have to pay for separately, once we reported the problem they sent someone to come and fix it they also refunded us some money which was greatly appreciated. Overall it’s a great company/ villas to stay in . It’s a bit of a walk into Playa Blanca but not to bad we would get a Taxi back which was less than €5 . Marina Rubicon was a good half hour walk but it’s nice to walk along the sea front .

Just being picky, the pool depth could have been deeper & wider as a family of 3 maybe slightly cramped. But overall no complaints

All good, comfy beds, great pool. Clean and tidy spacious villa. Good kitchen facilities. Lovely location. Owner very responsive to any questions

Master bed air con very noisy needs attention could not have it on. However I did not make them aware of the problem as we didn't need it on very much. I'm sure this could be resolved post holiday as owner is very responsive.

Geen smart TV, verschillende keren gesprongen zekering. Regen overlast in de woning. In begin werd er onmiddellijk gereageerd, na 3de opmerking niemand meer gezien. Jammer, want de verantwoordelijke was een vriendelijke man en het was niet onze schuld dat de electriciteit de capaciteit van het kookfornuis blijkbaar niet aankon.
