Die Betten und der geheizte Pool waren sehr gut.

Nur unsere persönliche Meinung, die Sofas waren sehr niedrig, da wir sehr groß sind und schon ein älteres Semester.

Very nice villa with everything you need. Overall, I would rate the place and the villa a 8 out of 10, and I have a few reasons for not giving it a perfect 10.

Firstly, there's a colony of feral cats around the villa, which is managed by the welfare area of the city hall. These cats frequently shit in the garden, and it's quite unpleasant, especially when you're lounging on the sunbed and they do it right in front of you. The food left for the cats on the street can also attract other animals, such as rats. In fact, I also spotted a dead rat on the villa's roof. Secondly, the trash bins are a five-minute walk from the villa, meaning a round trip of ten minutes to dispose of garbage. While this isn't an issue if you have a car, it's quite inconvenient if you're not very mobile and don't have a vehicle. Lastly, there's quite a bit of noise from the swimming pool pump in the bedroom close to the pool. The pump system is located close to the villa, and it would have been better if it was placed on the opposite side of the pool, away from the villa, to ensure a quieter night's sleep. It would also be nice if the pool cleaner would give notice of the day he was coming, instead of just walking directly into the garden.

Prachtige villa met eigen (klein) zwembad, 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers plus ruime keuken, zitkamer en prachtig terras. Dit alles in zeer rustige buurt en parkeren voor de deur. In alle ruimten airco's die we nu in december niet nodig hadden. Ideaal voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij hebben er een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Een mooie nieuwe grote Aldi dichtbij voor de boodschappen!

Voor 2 personen voldoende pannen om te koken, voor meer mensen aan de kleine kant. Echter veel mogelijkheden om uit te eten. Houd rekening met muggen, deuren en ramen vooral 's avonds en 's nachts niet helemaal open zetten. Afstand naar centrum met restaurants en kroegjes is minimaal 20 minuten lopen.

Mosquitos were a pain Despite having anti mosquito candies and sprays Numerous mosquitos made for uncomfortable nights sleeps Also cat feeding station next door enticed numerous cats to try to get you to feed them

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Duschgel und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind gut. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.

Der Pool ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Eignet sich nicht zum Schwimmen. Die Türen lassen sich teilweise schlecht schließen. Es gibt Lücken, durch die Mücken ins Haus kommen. Insektenschutzgitter gibt es nicht. In der Küche ist zwar alles vorhanden, aber mehr Besteck und Teller wären praktisch, da sonst der Geschirrspüler häufig laufen muss, obwohl er nur 1/4 voll ist. Die Couch ist unbequem. Die Benutzung des Gym ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Geräte sind älter und in keinem guten Zustand.

Didn't bother us but some would find it a long walk to amenities. We like walking on hols but may be an issue for those who don't . Lovely and quiet area though

Pool, outdoor area and quiet location. Also use of Hotel gym and spa facilities

Additional BBQ utensils would have been useful to clean after use
