Beyond happy with our stay here. We originally booked for only one night and then rebooked the next night because it was such a great experience. We were traveling with our puppy and they made it such a great time for all of us. The hotel is so central, and has incredible amenities. We will be back next time we are in Charlottetown! Thomas at the front desk was so incredibly helpful!

"Fantastic hotel close to everything"

The staff at this lovely hotel were amazing. Tim warmly greeted us & quickly checked us in. The room was spacious & clean, beds were comfy. Bath amenities were of good quality. Manager Luke took an interest in guests & we saw him several times. He always asked if our trip was going well. Ashley was a friendly bartender who offered great recommendations. Jazz & Edward assisted with a luggage malfunction. Edward persevered & solved the issue. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants & shops in close walkable distance. The airport shuttle was a welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were tidy after cleaning. Professional and courteous staff at front desk. Cleaning crew responded quickly to needs in of my family. We had a nice time in PEI overall.
