The Holman Grand Hotel

We stayed two nights at The Holman on a tour and it was the “Grandest” of them all. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and we were even cordially welcomed by the general manager. Everything about the room was first-class. The location was very convenient for exploring the city. You’ll love your stay here.

In a very convenient and nice downtown neighbourhood….walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places/activities. Room 611 was spacious with a small pantry…..however…..a dirty cup with the previous user’s lipstick still staining it totally horrified us considered the room price (and room only…no breakfast etc)….We were too tired after our long flight so didn’t bother to call to change anything (and psychologically afraid another cup wouldn’t be clean either!!!) Front desk service was friendly and helpful even we arrived early (was able to assign the room to us after a quick while).

The staff was so kind, the beds were the best hotel beds I have slept in especially for the value. It was one of the cheapest hotel options in the area. My daughter loved everything about it and we were able to stay comfortably for a week in a double queen room. The pool is awesome and we were often alone in the pool area. Though the gym is sparse, I made it work fine with the equipment available and I was always alone. I never had to wait for any machines.

Super Hotel in einer wunderbaren Stadt. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Charlottetown und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Stadt und P.E.I. zu erkunden. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. An unserem Wochenende fand der P.E.I. Marathon statt mit Headquarter und Registrierung im Hotel. Coole Stimmung und der sehr gute Service des Hotels blieb gleichermaßen aufrechterhalten. Das Zimmer war top und die Bar des Hotels ist zu empfehlen. Zum Frühstück versorgten wir uns beim nahen Tim Hortons. Auch das Valetparking ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
