The Holman Grand Hotel

The location is great, good walking distance to restaurants and fun family activities. The atmosphere is wonderful. No issues with check in and check out. The room was wonderful, the beds were so comfy, even the pull out bed and the cot we had to use. The room was expensive, but the area, the hotel, the pool and hot tub, are worth the expense. Very clean hotel as well. The noise level was non existent, which is really nice.

Modern feeling hotel in public areas, although in room could be any chain hotel. No self parking, valet only or street parking. Disappointed they don't provide bottled water or filtered water stations. Decent lighting in bathroom, nice to have real glasses. Decent water pressure in shower. Good amount of bathroom counter and desk space. Good pillows, but some stains on the blanket covers and pillowcases. Dishes from room service sat for 12 hours outside room. Quiet despite being busy. Annoying process for requesting late check out; called the evening before, told to ask again in the morning, called in morning, and told to ask again at 7, went to desk at 730 and was told that late checkout was not possible due to a marathon, they should have just told me that from the outset. Left bags behind counter without any issue. When checking out, advised we'd be back around 1230 and they had our car waiting for us when we got back which was nice.

Could have been more plugs near the head of the bed. (CPAP users)

Room was nice and comfortable..nice view

There was no coffee abailable in morning, all other hotels we stayed at during our Maritimes Holiday served complimentary coffee and tea. Had to walk to Tim Hortons to grab coffee.

Lobby was way too cold

We loved the location, friendliness of the staff, convenience of the mall.
