良かった点 島全体がリゾートになっている環境から島に入った時点で非日常感を味わえる点。 ゲストが多すぎず、欧米の方中心で騒がしくないこと。 エクストラベッドを用意してくれた点。 朝食ブッフェの食材が豊富かつ超新鮮で果物、野菜などが特においしい。 ルームサービスもそれほど高くなくとてもおいしい。 島内の設備にはどこにでもカートで無料送迎してくれてとてもスピーディ。 部屋についているプールも手ごろな広さ深さで水もきれい。 英語が完璧に通じるので言葉の心配もなし。 ヴィンワンダー（遊園地）やハーバー（街）もしっかり稼働していて きれいでリゾート間にあふれていること。 イマイチな点 プールの管理者が雑で横柄なこと。 空港からの無料送迎ぐらいはあってもしかるべきに感じます。 トイレの水圧がちょっと弱いです。 対岸での手続きからチェックインして部屋に入れるまでの待ち時間がちょっと長い。

The accommodation was too large for two people. There should be consideration to increase the number of rooms in the villas because it’s unnecessary space and does not allow us to make the most of the company that we have around us.

풀장 넓어요. 사람 적어서 한적해요. 조식 깔끔하고 망고 주네요. 빈원더스랑 가까워요. 사우나도 무료라서 좋아요. 체크아웃 하고 놀기 좋아요.

the villa's pool is always in the shade, it loses its meaning

3년만에 재방문하였습니다. 리조트 내에서는 편하고 쾌적하고 만족스러운 휴식을 취하였습니다. 다만, 스피드보트, 툭툭은 3년 전이랑 달리 서비스 기준이 바뀐것 같습니다. 럭셔리는 줄 안 기다리고 스피드보트 우선 탑승 했는데 이젠 똑같이 줄 기다렸습니다. 툭툭(리조트 밖 빈펄섬 이동)도 럭셔리는 3년 전엔 1가족만 있어도 즉시 출발했는데 이번엔 탈 때마다 10분씩은 기다린것 같습니다.

Very nice room and hotel in general. Reception staff is good, very welcoming and helpful

The service of foods and drinks are very slow, you can wait for an hour for the waiter to come and another hour to bring you your drink.
