A Little characterless - sterile environment. Noisy swimming pool area

Location was great, Staff was super friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant was great. Give Sylvia a good Christmas bonus.

Breakfast could be reviewed, perhaps the layout. Croissant's suppliers need a review. And in the bar try and get a Stella Artois draught tap please.

It was close to where family lived. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good. For dinner we had a fillet, which was so tender and cooked perfectly. Pizza from the pizza oven was delicious. Parking was good. The rooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The swimming pool looked nice and the area was clean.

The bathroom needs a deep clean and looks a bit tired. We stayed in different rooms on each occasion, and the other bathroom was the same. As a whole, the rooms need some TLC. There is no lift to the 2nd floor so it got noisy from people dragging suitcases up and down the stairs and making a noise late at night in the hallway and stairs and in the car park.

The location was great as family stay nearby. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was adequate for our needs. The staff were so welcoming and friendly which always makes a nice stay when on holiday. The food was great too.

No cutlery, crockery, or dishcloths available in the self-catering apartment, no oven or microwave, but it has a fridge. Best to check when at Reception or message the property to ask before booking self catering.

Si tratta di un hotel a 3 stelle a Durbanville, ad una mezz'oretta da Cape Town. Disponibile un parcheggio, comodo per chi viaggia in auto. Non è un boutique hotel super moderno ed è un po' datato ma c'è tutto quelle che serve. La mia stanza era spaziosa, pulita, con un letto ampissimo e una buona scelta di cuscini. Buona qualità del sonno. Staff gentile e disponibile. Voglio fare una nota dedicata alla colazione, che è di gran lunga superiore a quella di un hotel a 3 stelle. Una colazione con una buona varietà e quantità di offerta sia dolce che salata, al livello di un 5 stelle. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, migliorerei gli infissi. L'insonorizazione e performance termica sono deboli. La buona qualità del sonno è comunque preservata dalla disposizione delle camere e dalla tranquillità dell'ambiente circostante
