Entire building is worn and outdated, outlets out of the wall, ice cold swinging pool, holes in walls, ceiling stains moldy smell, and this is all over the place not just the room asked for a refund and the manager was very rude and refused to entertain a refund. The place should be shut down. Multiple guests were unhappy.
Run down lack of staff heat not on pool unusable in winter just not a good place to stay

Dirty, old, no room service because the owner is cheap. 160 rooms but 1 house keeper. Never staying there again
Very bad place to stay no water in the room even that we asked front desk couple times no one come to fix it. Very dirty and disgusting place to stay. Health department should closed down this hotel it is not for human. No one take care and maintain the place.
Don’t stay here. It’s a skeevy and customers are a little suspect. Very rundown, bathroom was nasty.
The hotel had brown water, hair all over in the “made” beds, pool was extremely dirty, bed bugs, blood stains, and very rude gentleman behind the counter.
The place is dirty, and it smells horrible. The pool is not clean and had water dripping from the roof! It has a horrible smell and the bathroom was moldy. The rugs look like they have not been clean in years. We did not have any towels in the room when we got there. Also, the water from the sink and shower looked yellowish. I do not recommend. The owners should invest money into this place and do a make over because it is definetly not what the pictures shows, SPECIALLY the pool area! At ALL!!!
Unclean, old and very poorly maintained. We chose this place primarily because of indoor pool, but the water was so cold and pool area freezing, that nobody ould use a pool. What a rip off. Highly doubt that towels and bed sheets are being cleaned after each guest. It felt dirty. Very unhappy.
I was supposed to check in @ 3pm but the room WAS NOT READY til 10.40pm. The manager & staff were nasty & rude. They treat me disrespectfully. When we finally get into the room, was so filthy and smelly. Everything around was dirty and unsafe.
