Close to the hotel with a restaurant and fast food places bed comfy no complaints id go again with kids has cool 2 bedroom set up ..upstairs loft bed with own bath and door access perfect.

See my pics for actual photos of current situation 👎 We opted for the duplex suite because we had other families joining us and line to entertain. The room: Was decent but not for the price (3 nights = $577). The plugs were old, so they slipped out. If you had the fridge plugged in and the TV, you couldn’t plug in the microwave. In bathroom, towel rack and doorknob broken, plus water stained tiles with a slow leak [all mentioned to management and they were already aware]. The on-site amenities: Restaurant closed full time. Lounge area taped off and dark. Bar/fire-pit area was open for 2 hours from 10pm-12am for one night out of three (hours of operation are not followed). The game room had some claw machines and they saw we had 7 kids in our group so the air hockey was taken out from storage. The pool: The place is “eco-friendly” because they do not turn on the heat. The heat is on in the pool, but it’s 55 degrees when you get out. Freezing. The pool had so much chlorine that our bathing suits were damaged and my kids got red spots on their skin. Management was informed and we were told we shouldn’t have worn those bathing suits in the pool. Bogus. This place is family owned and they are letting it get rundown without care for the people staying here. They need to change the name of this place to The Last Resort, which I will be using to title this review. *You have been warned.*

Room was nice,but bldg could use makeover,& elevator didn't work but we only were in our rm to sleep,did it's purpose & cheap

Over the past 4 months, I’ve stayed at this hotel over 50 nites. It started out as a 1 nite stay. I ended up staying a whole month. I’ve been here on 4 more occasions since then including this 15 day stay. The hotel is very clean. No bugs. Pet friendly. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. It would be nice if they offered free breakfast. But 1 mile away, there is a Wawa gas station variety store that has almost anything you may need. Plus the gas price isn’t too bad considering. There’s a McDonald’s, a 2 minute walk from Wawa and a Burger King and an Arby’s right across the road from it. So you never have to worry about Food. The nearest Walmart is 15 miles away in Mt Pocono. Highway driving. The hotel has a pool, a small gym that’s alway open. A bar that opens sporadically, a washer and dryer on each floor and ice machines for your ice. The building is 4 stories with 2 elevators and 2 big luggage carts usually always available if people be considerate and bring the carts back down to the 1st floor when they’re finished with them. Plus there’s plenty of parking available. Last weekend, something must have been going on, because there were 81 cars parked right outside my giant picturesque window with even more space available and about 20 more cars parked in front of the check in Office. There’s also BBQ grills outside the pool if that’s your thing. Overall it’s great hotel with reasonable prices.

Nice hotel, no hot water for the 2 days I was here , nice staff , nice scenery

Very nice property. Staff was super friendly and helpful specially Anthony, Pool water is hot but pool area little Cold, overall pool was nice and big pool. Great location and peaceful place like Mountain Himalaya. Overall good Hotel. Would recommend it.

We needed to be in this area n everything else was to expensive for one night so despite all the bad reviews we decided to stay anyway and we were so happy we did. Staff extremely friendly, room was very clean we also checked for bed bugs there were none. The bed was very comfortable. They definitely need upgrades throughtout the hotel but for us or anyone needing a quick stay that isnt afraid to stay somewhere that needs some tlc its perfect!

Was great, Anthony is a gem and such a sweetheart. We had a small issue and he was able to resolve it quickly and get us properly accommodated.
