Pocono Resort Conference Center - POCONO MOUNTAINS

A horrible smell trough out the hotel especially by the pool area. The pool is dirty, rusting pipes. There’s no restaurant service has they claimed, but you should be glad has dirty has this place was I wouldn’t want to eat there anyway. You walk in the hallways there’s trash an stains. You can’t even sit on the bench outside the elevator has there’s stains on it. The elevator smells an dirty. Now the bedroom omg!!! They glued the toilet in 3 parts. The outlet is coming out of the wall you can see all the wires, very unsafe for a small child. There’s holes on the edge of the walls. Place is filthy and not maintained at all. Pictures used must be from a long time ago. So everyone is been deceived.

Checked in around 8:00 pm and wasn't feeling safe. The location is very remote. Was hungry and couldn't check the room /bathroom. When I came back from dinner and found out that, the toilet handle was broken, and the shower doesn't have any water pressure /no hot water. The sink was not clean either. Not worth it to stay

It was horrible, the soap was small, when we first got there the room 420 didn’t lock. We had to go back down stairs to the front desk and switch rooms. The pool was rusty and dirty, the entire hotel smelled like cat pee. They were very unprofessional dealing with the customers. The phone sin the room didn’t work. The tv didn’t work, it was no service to connect the tv to wifi. No safety lock on the windows if children was involved in the vacation. There was no breakfast. And the ceiling was leaking and leaving mold.

Room was updated and clean, all other areas in and around property is in need of updating, looks terrible!

The water pressure in the shower as well as in the toilet is terrible. The mattresses were uncomfortable. Pillows are not fluffy or offer support as well as there isn't enough of them for a king sized bed. The bath tub was yellow, especially on the rubber part to prevent you from falling. There was this weird smell all throughout the hotel. It was giving Hotel Cortez from American Horror Story with the lighting. 10 /10 would not do again.

This place was probably a very nice place at one time. “Game” room has about 3 cranes in it, grounds were unkept, the place looked abandoned when you pull up. The room smelled like mold. No staff to be seen, except a counter person and the bar was cash only, bottles only and the juke box didn’t work well. No breakfast.

We asked staff for compensation for no internet services. They asked us to leave the property

Very nice motel. Clean rooms spacious rooms. Only thing they need to do is get a good landscaper to take care of the grounds. High weeds and grass was about a foot high. Other then that it is a nice motel

Place is as a scam, pics from the website are from the 80’s and all of those amenities are gone. Filty, nasty stain ridden, sleep in your vehicle

Felt like I was pulling up to Hotel Califonia. The outside was unkept, grass and landscaping made property look abanadoned. The room was clean and good enough for a place to stay for one night, while passing through
