When my family and I arrived at the place, it looked like a scene from the series The Walking Dead. everything abandoned. broken grills. the pool was dirty with dirt falling from the roof. Rusty ventilation iron in the pool area, the wood is almost falling from the ceiling. I think this hotel was very good in the past but now it needs to be closed and renovated urgently. i think this hotel should not be open. until it is renovated.
Too old,bad towels,linens smelling mold.
This was not as expected the staff was great but the hotel over all needs a make over to improve a little i know probably due to covid things changed also not much of a variety on the tv to watch sorry to say it but pool was not clean hope it changes in a future and i may visit them again
Customer service can be improved but rooms were good, not bad.
I took pictures of this property and none matched Expedia. No cars, no people, no one at desk. Totally vacant and uncomfortable. Chose not to stay. They lied saying someone was at desk. Not a soul around. Don't waste your money.

The rooms are decent but the property needs an update. I stayed here 10 years ago and the place has fallen off since then. We stayed 3 days and housekeeping never came once. I had to go to Walmart to buy my own towels. Hallways smell like mold and the carpets smell. The elevator kept getting stuck. Pool is good. Bbq area was good as well. The place just needs some TLC.
The hotel was smelly and the appearance was not appelant. The lady at the front desk not consumer friendly. It was a terrible hotel and i did not stay.
The room smells like mold. But they make you pay a $50 fee for the room in case they smell cigarette smoke. Honestly cigarette smoke would be an improvemnt.
