Presidential Hotel

The hotel was clean and the reception was ok. However food service was poor. They claimed the hotel was fully booked and the restaurant refused taking calls for food requests

Ok but they denied me free breakfast despite the amount or cost of the hotel, that’s bad.

I regret booking there the room. The management is so poor everything about the room are so old that the to get into my room was difficult. Each time I go out of my room and returned I need to go back to the reception to enable me get into my room. The room is not clean the shower is not working everything there are old.

The hotel doesn’t match the standard of a 5 star. A major overhaul is in desperate need

Hotel is very old. All the rooms need an update. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The pool already is nice though and so is the gym. Security is very very good.

Rooms are very old an outdated. The hotel is basically emty. WiFi in the rooms not working.

The crew is very friendly all over. but special at the pool bar outside Thanks very much to all

First, I was told there was no room for me even though they confirmed in my presence that my reservation was in place. They kept my family with all the language in public for 2hrs in an area that foreigners are at risk for kidnap. I was forced to pay extra to keep my transport on standby. Eventually they gave me a room that was not meant for me and was not exactly what I paid for. The place was dirty. A call for change of bed sheets was never answered until checkout. I am not just disappointed but frustrated with all I had to pass through following this lodging at presidential hotel port harcourt.

For oss var det viktigste at hotellet var trygt, med god plass til å treffe familiemedlemmer på hotelleområdet, både ute og inne. Det fungerte godt, med mange bevæpnede vakter, også en i korridoren utenfor hotellrommet vårt hver nattt. Det kan være farlig å bevege seg til fots utenfor hotellet, men det var enkelt å få taxi til rimelige priser. Utendørs svømmebasseng var stort, godt renholdt, og med badevakt. Prisene på mat og drikke var høye, uten tilsvarende kvalitet. Hyggelig personale. Hotellet var ganske slitt, og kunne trenge en oppgradering. Sengene var alftor harde!
