Hotel Berti

Excellent, well located, easy to park in one of the main parking lots of Assisi, but still inside the city! And don't miss the nice restaurant Da Cecco.

What a charming hotel! Our room was clean and comfortable. We were allowed to check in early when our train arrived well before check-in time. Each morning Mr.Berti made us each an espresso to order then would offer another when we had finished. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on beautiful patio. The food selection was fine. It was typical of the places we stayed. We hope we can stay here again some day.

This is a centrally located hotel. It was comfortable in every way. We would stay there again.

Very friendly and welcoming people. We had questions about holy sites, Mass times, transportation, etc and each time they happily gave us helpful information. Beautiful room with lovely furnitures and nice touches. You definitely can tell you're in Assisi, not in some regular Howard Johnson. The hotel attendant invited us for breakfast but we were on Eucharistic fast leaving for 7am Mass. He smiled and gave me a bottle of water to go. That was very caring of him, treated us like family. We enjoyed a sumptuous dinner at Da Cecco, a cozy restaurant down the street and realized it was their family owned business as well. We got to eat fabulous food and experience awesome service from their family. The hotel let us keep the bags there after check out so we can do more sightseeing until afternoon. Will stay here again next time. St. Francis will be proud to call these hotel owners his townspeople.

It was super! From check in to check out the staff was great. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The morning breakfast in the garden area was superb. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to all the sites. We would love to return here and spend more time in this beautiful area

Great location near bus stop and Basilica. The room was clean and service very nice. The related restaurant, Da Cecco, was also very nice (cute place with great variety and quality).

What a great hotel!!! I loved this place and wished I could have stayed longer. Great location near St. Francis basilica. The hotels.com website stated that discounted off-site parking is available. The parking garage is just across the street, but there is no discount. at the time I was there it was 12 Euros per 24 hours. Still good deal and a safe place to park your car though.The staff was amazing!!! Friendly and courteous. Super breakfast too!!! I will definitely be back!!!

This hotel has a very good location: next to the town's parking, 5 minutes walk from the town's parking and Buses drop off. 10 minutes walk from city centre. Nicely decorated rooms, decent breakfast and pleasant staff. Very good value for money.

Good location, clean accommodation and helpful staff. Breakfast is much enough. Safe parking in almost at the door.

The hotel is very convenient to St Francis Basilica. The hotel is very quaint. The front desk is very helpful. Breakfast is good. It's a good bang for the buck. We'll definitely stay here again.
