Excelente ubicación en dalt vila, el hotel es alucinante. Un sitio totalmente distinto a todo lo que hay en Ibiza. GRAN EXPERIENCIA ❤️

No me gustó nada que al momento del check out, mi pareja entregó las llaves, comprobó que todo esté OK y luego me escribieron tanto a mí como a él porque se habían olvidado de cobrarnos unas hamburguesas que comimos en la zona de la piscina. Realmente en ese momento no nos acordábamos si lo habíamos pagado o no, pero creo que el momento es en el check out. No me gustó que hayan contactado con el porque toda nuestra estancia fue un regalo para mi pareja de mi parte y me pareció poco cuidado que le soliciten a él el pago. De todas formas el sitio es increíble, la atención fue muy buena pero lamentablemente se opaco con esta situación, la insistencia por el pago de este importe y las formas.

Wow, what can I say about this hotel - it's exceptional! The service by all the staff is just wonderful. They hotel is stunning in a fabulous location. It was my boyfriend's 50th birthday whilst we were there and they went above and beyond to make his stay extra special - I can't thank you enough for all you did to make his birthday so memorable. I would return here in a heartbeat, thank you x

Nothing to dislike at all, everything was perfect.

Everything was brilliant. I think we also got an upgrade and bottle of cava appeared in our room on the first evening. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The facilities were great, as was the location. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Amazing location, beautiful interiors and gorgeous pool, and v friendly staff. A great place to stay and we had a wonderful time in Ibiza.

We chose what might be the smallest room type - it had everything you needed though and was very well considered for the size of the space but would choose a larger room if staying again.
