Breakfast are rather repetitive, there are various options but unlike dinners , each day is the same selection. Two coffee machines means small queue , there is this machine but not working unfortunately.

Parking is too small during high season around New Year. Repetitive breakfast.

Das Essen war okay. Das Zimmer war gut

Das Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich. Der Service war absolut minderwertig. Die Betreung der Kunden kam an letzter Stelle. Das Zimmer war leider im Anbau; Man musste eine Stufe mit Koffer überwinden um zum Aufzug zu gelangen, ausserdem musste man bei Regen aussenrum gehen. Der Weg zum Strand äusserst unpraktisch für nicht ganz so mobile Menschen.

I believe this hotel wants to make as much money as possible before people will stop visiting. Otherwise, there is no explanation for the high prices (like for a 5 stars hotel), but in run-down conditions and with poor administrative procedures. There are many returning old-aged customers, especially German, who knew the hotel when it was in better shape and who continue visiting in groups with tour-operators only to relax, not caring too much about the state of the hotel. I could say a few good things about the hotel, but not at these prices and with their lack of administrative/procedural quality. Probably it's worth mentioning that one of the pools is warmer than the other, that the WiFi was very good inside (no wifi around the pool) and that most of the personnel is trying to be helpful.

Expensive for its state. Water infiltrations (literally driping from the ceiling in some places), peeling walls, insane amount of dust in the air vents, leaking toilet tank that nobody came to fix though we informed the reception twice. Food didn't always have description tags. Despite the high prices, you still need to pay for the small safe in the room (what good hotels still do that?). No TV corner or next to the bar to watch a game or something. Only few tables to attend the evening show that get quickly occupied. No equipment of any kind near the pool for the kids, like a water ball or a pool noodle. No animators, no scheduled activities of any kind during the day (only the evening show in a small area). Way too many trips were necessary to the reception due to faulty administrative procedures and an informatic systems that was less than helpful with reservations (the reception will always send you to the web, and then nothing happens if you don't go to the reception with all proofs; only thing missing to feel like in 1970 was to write everything by hand on paper). By their fault, we had to waste several hours with access blocked to our rooms (imagine that! what a shame for a 4-star hotel with 5-star prices) because they didn't properly register the payment information at checkin.

Personal sehr unhöflich, besonders die Bedienung immer Restaurant. Man wurde nicht beachtet und bekam nichts zu trinken.
