Veldig hyggelig betjening, men hotellet bærer tydelig preg å lite vedlikehold

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig, Personal an der Rezeption arrogant, die Mahlzeiten waren ok., Gang vom Zimmer zum Restaurant sehr, sehr lang.

Almost everything was fine.

The rooms were bit weary. Dinner had a great selection of food, but everything could do with a bit more seasoning. All meat pasta ect tasted the same. They put the drinks and snacks we had in the pool bar on the bill of the room. At the end of our stay when we got the bill we realized several drinks, that we did not actually order were added to the bill. Thats was awkward and it was also a bit difficult to get this sorted as the receptionist didnt really speak english.

Sea view from room- that's why I chose it, sound of waves during night, food- they make exelent choices. Also the time for breakfast and early dinner- congratulations.

Sauna and all area around sauna suppose to be renovated years ago. The floor desks are broken somewhere, quite dangerous to fall down... Beds in room- not too much comfortable, I would suggest to change them.

Staff on main reception were quite hostile Very little information regarding the facilities Were not interested in speaking a little slower therefore found it hard to understand them considering the age profile of the guests are mainly elderly

The 2 night stay was spoiled by dreadful attitude of reception staff. First reception presented me with bill & room was already paid for. I asked if room had clear view to beach, receptionist said’How do I know am I supposed to go into every room and check, you need to look!’ I enquired 4 times about shuttle to airport but receptionist on next shift didn’t speak English! I was then informed shuttle has to be booked 2 days in advance by exceptionally rude receptionist. Kettle was broken and took 3 calls to get replacement. I travel a lot for work & pleasure & I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such ‘attitude’. Thalassotherapy pool was in very poor repair & pool was one of the reasons I’d chosen hotel. Bar & restaurant staff excellent. I don’t usually give reviews but reception were so rude, I was rather upset, I feel other travellers should be warned!

Wouldn’t accept or change Sterling

One of the outdoor pools has warm waters … you can use it even in December

The SPA closes too early (18:00) and it was closed on January 1st
