Muy antiguo, se le cae una estrella.Po.go fotos para q comprobéis " in situ": Bañera oxidada, hormigas por la habitación que se subían a la cama, barra del armario de la ropa oxidado, y una habitación con lámparas que no iluminan nada( si ves mal, no vayas) , Buffet muy básico( los mismos hojaldres van y vienen en desayuno, comida y cena) y los postres incomibles. Asiático que lo venden como cena especial con giozas, y rollitos congelados tipo Mercadona, y el pan bao ausente (asiático malísimo) Quién ha estado en un resort, sabe que este hotel no lo es y que no es un 4 estrellas. Le salva la situación en la playa, con hamacas a un precio asequible de 5 eur al día.
HUThe location of the hotel is amazing on the beautiful Costa Calma. The way the hotel is designed and the palm trees are also beautiful
I have booked a double room, but we were placed in an apartment. The walls of the room were wet and it smelled like a basement. When we asked for a change, at the reception we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and they will contact us... They never did. The stuff in general was not helpful. This was our second time at the hotel, but apparentaly since our last stay in 2022, no renovation took place and the hotel was not in a nice stage. It would need to be renovated urgently.

Condizioni igieniche da migliorare Tovagliette a tavola sempre le stesse, mai cambiate, finita la colazione…una spolverata e via… pronta per il pranzo… e così via per tutta la settimana. Desolazione nei pressi della struttura mancano alternative alla vita da resort, qualità del cibo e del bar dozzinale. Soggiorno indicato per chi si accontenta di oziare tra bar e piscina o al massimo la spiaggia

GBThe staff are the stars of the resort. They are what makes it a 4star stay. From cleaning staff to reception they were all incredibly lovely(minus management but read this below) Food was good too. Good selection and more than decent quality. The kids pool has a slide that we named “the slippery nanny” as it kept them entertained all day long, and actually adults too! The resort is also next to a beautiful beach Beds are actually very comfy.
The resort is very run down in general. The rooms we stayed in were very old and not deserving of a 4 stars stay. I’m sure there are better ones but what we got was quite disappointing. The sun beds of the kids/family pool are the equivalent of torture! I found it shocking how they haven’t been updated. Clearly the management staff have never lie on them. The drinks were awful quality. From juices to cocktails and don’t get me started on the wine. Management staff need to learn from the people doing the hard work at their resort. It was obvious they don’t treat their staff like they deserve and this was unpleasant to witness. Also security is a big issue at this establishment. So keep your belongings safe and your doors and windows well locked!
