This hotel is absolutely beautiful with the gorgeous Christmas decorations. Their amenities were wonderful, and the staff was exceptional. The restaurant and bar on-site had great food and drinks

There were noisy guests that kept us awake past 3am, and there were no snack machines on our floor

"Bed bugs"

I stayed at this property from Friday through Sunday, and on Sunday morning I woke up with multiple bug bites all over my feet — around 6 or 7 bites on each foot. It did not occur to me at first that they might be bedbug bites until I researched it after checking out. I emailed the hotel immediately Monday morning to alert them, not just for myself but so they could check the room for the safety of future guests. I received no response. When I finally called on Wednesday, the manager was friendly but suggested that I might have brought the bugs in myself and offered me 5,000 Marriott points “for the inconvenience.” After 22 years of loyalty to the Marriott brand and over 1,800 lifetime nights as a Platinum/Titanium member, I have never experienced anything like this. The property is visually appealing, but the response lacked the level of urgency and guest care I have always valued in the Marriott brand. I expected better accountability and concern for guest well-being.
