"Really great but need a little improvement"

The room was large and very comfortable. The room had a nice layout. Wished I had time for the jacuzzi tub. I liked the fireplace in the bedroom as it was chilly in the mornings. Loved the balcony but since it was raining and cold didn't utilize it much.

The kleenex box in the bathroom had 1 kleenex in it, so maids obviously didn't check it. There was garbage under the bottom of the bed from previous guest that maid probably didn't notice as it was black. That and the empty kleenex box made me question how thorough are the maids. The toliet paper was gas station quality, very thin and one ply.. elevators were slow but hotel was full. Found one set that was faster but it was on my last full day there. Also was put in the last room on the long hallway next to exit stairs but found I could access lobby and elevators faster if I walked through the courtyard.

Clean facility all the way around. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff, Indoor free parking. Two TV's in a suite. Quiet surroundings. Internet worked great for two Android phones and iPad. Window 11 PC had intermittent drop offs. Management supplied me with IT support tel number. Didn't resolve the issue but a nice tuch.

See above comment for Windows 11 PC and WiFi. Not a big deal.
