I don’t recommend this hotel for people travelling for business as the reception staff refused to give the invoice of my stay claims that this is not allowed to give invoices to guests who booked by booking.com and I didn’t book directly with them. I explained for 2 receptionists that I booked directly through booking.com and I need the invoice to provide it to my company but they insisted to refuse and I asked to meet the manager but he was late in a meeting then I left disappointed because I was in rush without any solutions.

The room was really clean and the facilities were great for the price.

You have to pay a 200,000 deposit and they only accept credit card or cash. This isn't on the website anywhere so if you don't have either you need to go to an ATM before you can check in

"Für eine Nacht bevor der Flieger geht: top"

Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht auf der Weiterreise verbracht. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, sauber und man hatte genug Platz. Das Hotel an sich ist ziemlich hellhörig. Die Lage war für uns in Ordnung, man erreicht fussläufig einige Restaurants (obwohl man sagen muss dass Medan keine besonders Fußgänger-freundliche Stadt ist)

- Hellhörig - Wir hatten geplant, Wäsche waschen zu lassen, das ist allerdings ziemlich teuer und deshalb haben wir es gelassen.

It is a strategic place to stay. Surrounded by good food and very convenient. A very good place to stay. Lovely people and staffs. Enjoyed the stay. Very helpful concierge staff named Phoebe

The pillows in the room. A quite old pillow. Very flat. Time to change. Breakfast are quite limited. Need to add more good food. The fried rice was a bit tasteless.
