Ystävällinen henkilökunta, siistit ja viihtyisät huoneet. Hotelli oli öisin yllättävän hiljainen naapurit eivät aiheuttaneet meteliä. Hotellin ravintola oli kohtuu hintainen. Alfa market hotellin vieressä.

Kuntosali ei vastannut odotuksia, sijainti ei mieluisa sillä alueella ei ole muuta kunnollista ravintolaa kuin hotellin oma.

the staffs are helpful and the also kind enough to book transport for me. Only thing is not much choices food at night. The front guard are very polite .

The air cond blower is noisy and television having less programmes and TV vision not clear,

Breakfast was good.

The beds were lousy and making noises. Hot/cold shower was difficult to adjust. No hangers in shower area.

Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire! L’hôtel est bien situé entre tous les sites touristiques du centre ville. Facile d’accès en venant de l aéroport via le train puis un peu de marche.un bon rapport qualité prix.

Les chambres sont bruyantes mais un peu comme partout en Indonésie.

Loved how friendly and polite the staff was, the place is always clean, food was great and bed always made comfortable.. Placed very close near all the interesting places like Tjong A Fie Mansion, Maimoon palace, the malls, hospitals etc.

Main bathroom on family suite always smells loke sewer from 20pm to 23pm, and the drainage in shower seems clogged.

Property was clean and straightforward, had the essential amenities

Your restaurant staff took excellent care of me when I fainted from heat stroke in the restaurant.

Large room, comfortable bed, good breakfast

Doors did little to mute the sounds of people coming and going from their rooms.
