They should provide anti mosquito or mosquito repellant in the room.

Cleanliness of surrounding areas and chalets is not well kept chalets are poorly maintained and appearance not well look after.

The property was well laid out with big rooms and parking. However the rooms were dirty, had cockroaches, mildew, rotting wood panels, dust ... it was simply terrible for a 3 or 4 star rating. We had to change rooms once, air con didnt work and the next room’s aircon gave up the next day. Its a crying shame as the place was well appointed but i suspect standard maintenance and operating procedures has gone to pots. Not recommended absolutely.

We have been here before 17th March 2018 and book the same type of room. 1/. However, this visit, surprisingly we didn’t get the same type of room. Previous is bigger and now smaller. 2/. Checked with frontdesk, our previous room has been downgraded without actually notified us. Frontdesk told us, our current room is a bit expensive due to the view. 3/. We requested for the same room and been told all booked. 4/. Called Frontdesk requesting for Duty Manager that nite, 27th Dec 2018 and not available. Called again and surprisingly he is not aware about the issue. 5/. I’ve told him the issue and since the whole rooms have been booked, i’m requesting for free breakfast for 2 but denied. 6/. Instead he offer me a free dinner only for 1. There are 4 of us. Doesn’t make any senses 7/. Later he called me back, and been told, previously is not downgraded but the room has been upgraded. 8/. I’ve told him, can you pls upgraded our room if you have available room and i’ll pay the differences 9/. Yes, there are available room and he can’t upgrade our room because of can’t cancel the current booking and i need to make a new booking. Sigh

Nice chalet & view but the only thing that dissapointing is our hot water not functioning.

There are few lamps are not functioning, Sliding door arent smooth, ive struggled to open n closed it. Toilet bowl cover arent clean. N I would like to request a tax invoice.

Checked in at 10. Greeted well. Sent to room by buggy (3 minutes ride). Room 703 (upstairs). Kingsize bed, 2 single sofa, 2 sinks, shower and bathtub, a fridge, flat TV, aircond, iron and board, new sejadah and kiblat arrow and a very nice verandah. But bathtub has no plunger (hence cant use, already requested but not delivered) and fridge not working, aircond working but kinda old. Room was great and spacious, but yes has lots of "debu" at head of bed and mould in the shower area. But otherwise it was okey. Good cold and warm shower. Bed was comfy. TV has common national channel but very clear. Has a big playground and pool (5feet and children) and gym. View was superb. Breakfast was okey, but filling and delish enough for me and my family. Overall very good stay but it could do with continuous maintenance. Place looks a bit rundown with poor maintenance.
