"Nice hotel just not quite for us - busy family resort"

Pool was huge and great for families Room was big and led right onto the pool - great!

It was very busy and there was very much a resort feel to it. We also didn’t find Rawai itself to be our favourite part of Phuket.

The pool was excellent, the breakfast good and the service was very accommodating

WiFi in our room had issues for 3 days but the hotel worked to fix it. Certainly an irritating factor but not one to cause lasting ill feeling.

Lovely people , great reception , loved our Deluxe room with pool view. Spacious room with everything you need

Housekeeping could be improved , we did have to tell management a few times. The dinner service could do with a bit of work.
