"We enjoy the area, hotel was not our best choice."

Facilities were good for value.

Staff were rude sometimes, specially housekeepers and restaurant staff. Breakfast : not many options available, not a variety of fruits or salty food.

"spacious rooms near Rawai beach"

rooms are comfortable and spacious hotel pool is large, and grounds are peaceful

Check in is long and wasn't very friendly - and they wanted a 3000baht deposit, despite having my credit card from the booking one morning 40 school children arrived during breakfast to use the pool next to the breakfast area. That was not the peaceful morning I wanted. By 8am people have reserved the best sun loungers by the pool.. it's that sort of crowd... The property is starting to feel old now

- Sehr kooperatives und freundliches Hotelpersonal. - Schöner Pool - Nähe zum Rawai Beach aber auch zu den noch schöneren Sangchai, Nai Harn und Kata Beaches

- Etwas in die Tage gekommenes Hotel - Frühstück eher gewöhnlich und lieblos.

"Super tolle Anlage nur leider am falschen Ort"

-meeegaaaaa Pool- und Gartenanlage, sehr gepflegt, mit Poolbar, Kleinkind-Bereich, schönen Liegen & Sonnenschirmen -wir hatten eine Family-Suite mit Poolblick, extra WC, extra Dusche, 2 Zimmer mit Schiebetür -1 Flasche Wasser pro Person 4 free -Safe,Minibar,Fön, Wasserkocher,Seife,Duschgel,Shampoo alles da -Sauberkeit war top -Preis-Leistung richtig super (wir haben 96€/Nacht incl. Frühstück bezahlt -super netter Empfang an der Rezeption -Air Condition (ohne Fernbedienung) Lautstärke okay -Frühstücks-Buffet (div. Ei-Zubereitungen,Toast,Baguette,Joghurt,Müsli,Früchte,Gemüse,Marmelade,Croissant,warme Speisen,Saft,Kaffee etc.). -WLAN funktionierte gut -Pool-/Beach-Handtücher kostenfrei im Zimmer -Zahlung: Kreditkarte, Bar -Ausflugs-Counter im Hotel -viele Restaurants in der Nähe 5-10 Min.zu Fuss + im Hotel -Thai-Massage-Läden 10 Min. -Einkaufen/7/11 Market 5-10 Min. zu Fuss & wenn man noch weiter geht/fährt wird es besser/mehr -ATM im Hotel -Taxi-Service direkt am Hotel oder Bold (günstiger) -Ni Harn Beach 45 Min. / Yanui Beach 25 Min. zu Fuss / kostenloser Shuttle vom Hotel 5 Minuten 2x am Tag / -Ni Harn Beach / Bucht (siehe Fotos), etwas Strömung, relativ sauber, heller, relativ feiner Sand/klares Wasser, viele Sonnenschirme, Liegen, wenig Schatten außer zwischen den Bäumen weiter hinten/ohne Strand. Bisschen schmuddelige Ecke, kleine typische Strand-Shops

-es roch beim ersten Reinkommen minimal muffig -der Strand Rawai ging gar nicht/viele Boote, kein Wasser, dreckig -leider ist die Lage des Hotels nicht sooo schön, sehr schade. Das Dorf-Zentrum ist schmuddelig & nicht so einladend wie z.B. Kata/Karun

"Very good hotel"

We spent four wonderful weeks at this establishment and came back delighted. The large, comfortable room, the private pool with direct access to the large outdoor pools, the excellent and varied breakfast buffet, the location close to restaurants and beaches, and above all the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff made our stay unforgettable. A beautiful hotel we will definitely return to!
