Lizard Creek Lodge

Tamara at the Front Desk was exceptional - and I am a Hotel industry professional. She went out of her way to get me an early check-in. Then, all the staff were so friendly and professional for my whole stay. Just wished the hot tub jets were working!

Maybe placemats in my condo's kitchen. A bit more utensils, like a corkscrew. Hot tub jets not working.

Convenient to ski slopes

EVERYTHING! It was immaculately clean! It was private and quiet. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! The food was delicious and ambiance in the dining room and in the suite, lovely! And we could watch our family coming down the hill from the balcony!

Nothing. There is not one negative word I could say! You couldn’t ask for better, considerate and more pleasant staff! In fact this will stand out as one of our best stays of a lifetime!

Beautiful Property!

Such a silly thing but we went for breakfast and I asked for tea. I was given half a cup of tea. Asked for more water thinking they must have had no boiled water and o got another half cup of water. Food was amazing! Just random.

Food was excellent, lodgings were good, pool was a little tired but I understand its due for renovations. Staff were friendly and room was adequate.

Difficult to assess the snow conditions prior to booking and arrival. I got the sense that it was a little "up selling" with comments like its goid spring skiing when we called. On arrival there was very little of the lower areas open and what was was patchy and often bare. Would have been nice to have a realistic picture to make an informed decision. However staff, food compensated to a point (not fully given we came to ski)
