La recepcionista no hablaba ingles pero aun asi no fue un problema la comunicación, nos atendio muy amable, la habitación para tres personas muy comoda y la ubicación fue excelente

Very dated, but clean and good location

Nice little boutique hotel if you are coming to CM for a few days. The rooms are pretty much a best and a rudimentary bathroom. The location is great and it is near market, old city and cafes, bars and shops - but is down a quiet street and is quiet.

The hotel is basic - very. Rooms have no real windows ...light in but no view as the are opaque covered - they open out to the corridor. The floors are wooden - nice looking, but you hear every sound. No soundproofing at all, so not a quiet stay. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.

Dodged a Bullet I am extremely dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel, seeing as we weren’t even able to check in. We had booked two rooms through Booking.com the day before our arrival. However, upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that they couldn’t find our booking and that they were fully booked. Despite showing our booking confirmation emails, they insisted our name was not in their system. The receptionist rudely pointed out that because we hadn’t paid yet so it didn’t matter. Even when her boss was on the phone, she displayed no professionalism or care. The only solution they offered was to move us to another hotel they owned which was a 30-minute walk away, for just one night, and then we could come back the following day. This was completely unacceptable, as we had chosen this hotel for its convenient location and had tours already arranged to pick us up from there. Furthermore, the reason they gave for not having our room available was that it had been flooded, and another guest was moved into it. This is a serious issue that should have been communicated properly, but they blamed it entirely on Booking.com and didn’t offer any real assistance. We even offered to wait for the room to be cleaned, but were told the bed itself had gotten wet. Unbelievable! The only compensation they offered was covering our taxi fare to the other hotel, which was only 150 baht, despite the significant inconvenience they caused us. We had to scramble to find a new hotel, rebook taxis, and rearrange our tours—all of which wasted over an hour of our time. This experience was completely disorganized, unprofessional, and left us feeling uncared for. We expected better customer service and a much more competent approach to handling issues. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had booked two rooms through Booking.com the day before our arrival.

Good location.

The room is not worth the price. There's no facilities like a dryer and parking lots and quit uncleaned. Moreover, the staff and owner cannot handle the problem.

Great location, quiet area and clean room, I booked this hotel as I was u happy with another one, and it was definitely a good choice.

Bed was really hard, I love a hard bed but this was like sleeping on planks. I checked out super early so didn’t have the breakfast. Also, kept getting whiffs of people smoking weed.
