Fantastic location, room, bed and air con. But more than that the lovely couple who own this are so welcoming and helpful, gave us recommendations for places to visit and great food outlets. Went above and beyond and held our big bags as we traveled the Mai Hong son loop for 6 days and still had a room for us on our return. They showed us real Thai hospitality. Would definitely visit again Chiang Mai is a beautiful and vibrant city.

Lack of a drinking water station. There are shops very close, but, onsite fresh drinking water is not available

Stayed 5 nights - nobody changes your bins or gives you toilet roll unless you ask. No natural light

The staff were very friendly and really make you feel at home. Location is great for plenty of restaurants, bars, pharmacies. Location is in a quiet location not too far from the main roads so not much ambient noise from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Drawers would be nice for long stays.

Was exactly the same as the photos. Excellent location.

Had lovely time. Very clean. Hot water and comfortable! Owner very nice and welcoming. Perfect location! Next time I am there again for sure!
