Ithe location was very good. Somehow cosy hotel. I liked bathroom, although any hook would be great there. The street is small and tranquil.

Honestly interaction with stuff, turns max. points down. That was unusually strong mistrust expressed to me that made my stay uncomfortable. They just did not want to believe that when im saying, im coming back to stay another night and I made prepayment in cash, it was not enough (because other people have left their luggage too and they never came). The info I asked about the bus to Pai from stuff was given wrong, but very confidently. Its bus station no. 2 not 3. Part from interaction with stuff all good

Good location, nice price in comparison to a lot of other hotels

Location, location, location. This is probably the highlight of this hotel. You're walking distance near Tha Phae, so for a short stay it's very convenient. There's a 7-11 nearby, and you could also try to line up for the famous Rotee Pa Day if you wanted. The staff, Dolly, who speaks perfect English, and her uncle were 100% very attentive and supportive.

First of all. Nothing was terribly wrong. The room was cozy, clean, and spacious enough for one person. The bathroom, however, needs some improvement. It clogs very easily and the floor would be flooded with showering within a minute? The common area downstairs is very welcoming but pitch dark after 6pm-ish. There's definitely a lot more options nearby that offer more for a short stay at the same price range.

Good location, wifi, air con

Staff unhelpful - apart from the person cleaning who was the only person consistently there, first 2 rooms I looked at weren’t habitable - damp/smoke smell - I was asked if I wanted privacy or windows, um both?! There is so much accommodation in Chiang Mai that places like this won’t be around much longer. A hundred baht more will more than double the quality. Also strange ambiance - there were others around when I was there but, similar to other reviews, it felt deserted.

Close to EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO BE CLOSE TOO

Bed was tad firm. Nothing a topper couldn't fix just ask .

It was in a good location and close to everything in the main city area. They did let us use their pool in their other hotel free of charge, which was a 15 min walk away, would recommend this hotel over the one we stayed at.

The bed was like laying on a bench, the rooms had damp in the ceiling, dead bugs in the light shade, no real window, gaps in door covered with tape. No refresh of towels or anything after 4 nights. Our whole stay we did not see a single other person.

Very nice ambiance, cozy and great location. We could check in earlier, with extra costs, and we could leave our bags there after checking out. Very safe and the staff is very helpful.
