De locatie en uitzicht.

Appartement nr 6. De zwarte schimmel in de badkamer. Het ventilatie rooster was erg vuil..het stonk naar riool. De slaapkamer die aan de badkamer grenst het 1 raam wat niet open kon. Oud meubilair. Bed oud en gammel. Donkere woonkamer met1 raam waar je niet doorheen kon kijken. Stonden struiken voor. Alletwee ziek van de schimmel. Eigenaar heeft niet gereageerd dat we ziek waren geworden .Twee nachten eerder vertrokken. Eigenaar Heiko ingelicht, liet niets horen. Echt schandalig.!

Parking facile (ce qui est fort apreciable car se garer a icos est un vrai parcours du combattant !!) et accès au centre rapide pour peu qu'on accepte la remontée a pied (ca monte vraiment fort). Ou qu'on se gare dans un des parking payants). Les appartements sont organisés pour être assez indépendant.

Un peu bruyant (car notre appartement était proche de l'entrée). A pondérer car cela dépend certainement aussi de la discrétion des autres occupants.

"Gorgeous stay in a beautiful old monastery with amazing views on the volcano and ocean"

This old monastery transformed into 7 independent flats is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Teide and on top of a hill with amazing views on the ocean. We absolutely loved everything there, from our rented flat to the private balcony, from the rooftop terrace with incredible views of the surrounding areas to the close-by town of Icod. The flat is well equipped, we could cook and live as if it was our home. It's quiet, comfortable and you can either live as a hermit or meet other tenants / holidaymakers, it's up to everyone.

"Lieu exceptionnel entre mer et montagne"

L'emplacement entre mer et montagne, la bâtisse exceptionnelle, un ancien monastère rénové, chargé d'histoire et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'appartement, spacieux avec une literie très confortable et le toit terrasse, avec une vue époustouflante....magique.

La route , vraiment très passante. Heureusement notre chambre donnait côté cours

Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön, leider konnten wir nur ein einziges Mal rauf, da es viel geregnet hat.

Die Heizung war für den Raum zu klein, es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung.
