Die Lage war sehr gut. Eine sehr Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind sauber und originell. Hat insgesamt etwas gemütliches.

Einige Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen (Stühle durchgessen...). Einig Teile sind renovierbedürftig (Teile des Bades).

Il complesso è composto da 7 appartamenti, quello a me assegnato era contrassegnato dal nr. 1. Struttura attigua alla strada principale, con parcheggio indipendente, ma risulta in ombra tutta la giornata.

L'appartamento si presentava freddo e umido.
