Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand (between 8 am and 8 pm). Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. When booking a half board rate, guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately for the half board (in addition to the extra bed rate).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Belle découverte au cœur de Zermatt"

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé proche de la gare mais un petit peu à l’écart du monde. La chambre était confortable et la vue sur le Cervin juste magnifique!!! La piscine et les saunas sont grands et très bien entretenus. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) est très bien! Merci

Rien par rapport à l’hôtel et au personnel - juste une famille bruyante à la piscine
