Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand (between 8 am and 8 pm). Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. When booking a half board rate, guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately for the half board (in addition to the extra bed rate).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Absolut tolle Lage. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und qualitaiv sehr gut! Bei Stosszeiten etwas eng, aber tolles Restaurant mit blick auf das Matterhorn.

Reception staff 10/10 Room view 10/10 even was bad weather but last day we saw “toblerone” Matterhorn. Clean. Location 10/10

Breakfast poor. No too much choices. No names on the food.
