Excellent location, clean and tidy hotel. Superb leisure facilities and excellent breakfast

The pool is fantastic - 25m long with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The spa has many options and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. I selected the hotel for these facilities and it exceeded my expectations.

A-MAZING and wonderful. The customer service from the resort was fantastic. We traded about 15 emails before ever arriving with questions about restaurant reservations, "things to do around the city", and logistics were answered immediately. We ate in their restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Both were great but the dinner was Michelin quality. One small change I would recommend was the gym. It was small and not very useful for working out....but as I said, a small change. Hotel, Restaurant, Spa and staff were top tier!

Ganz tolles Hotel! Ist schon einige Jahre alt, man sieht überall Bilder von den Anfängen des Hotels in den 1960er Jahren, aber trotzdem neu renoviert worden. Toller Spabereich mit 25 m Schwimmbecken, verschiedenen Saunen und gutem Fitnessstudio! Auch das Essen war einfach überragend! Die Lage in Zermatt perfekt! Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, der Innenstadt/Altstadt und vielen Bergbahnen entfernt!

Out stay in this hotel was outstanding! We had high expectations because of the price, but they were even exceeded. The staff was amazing - always polite and accommodating. The room itself was very clean with all amenities that you might need during your stay. It is very quiet around the hotel, although ita location is really close to the main street and the train station. The breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food for every taste.

There is no such thing, we highly recommend thos hotel and would return if we are visiting Zermatt again.
