Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand (between 8 am and 8 pm). Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. When booking a half board rate, guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately for the half board (in addition to the extra bed rate).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The staff here was overly accommodating. The view was amazing. Anything needed was immediately handled. I would hardly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat at next travel.

Excellent location near the train stations, shopping areas and next to trains that take you up to the mountains. Excellent staff, great indoor pool with suana and steam rooms. Great to relax. Food served on the restaurant was delicious with the best Chateaubriand!
