Très bon emplacement, tout près du quartier Art nouveau. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Parking gratuit en sécurité dans l'arrière-cour. Chambre vaste et salle de bain neuve. Grande fenêtre avec vue sur les arbres. On peut dormir au calme.

Le mobilier est un peu daté, mais reste convenable, ne vous attendez pas à du luxe.

El barrio,la zona ,los edificios art noveau de los alrededores ,perfecto

Faltava limpieza y mantenimento,la lampara de la cabecera de la cama parpadeaba,la moqueta sucia y lo mismo la silla tapizada.Los accesos(la escalera)tampoco estaba limpia y olia a comida

It was spacious.

No one at the reception office. Very unfriendly feeling about the place. If you are shy, don't care or hate travelers you shouldn't be in business. Roach parts in the sink. Broken handle on shower head rod. No TV as listed as amenity. Loud music outside.
