Brudny dywan, zepsuta suszarka do włosów w łazience, słuchawka prysznica do wymiany. Kuchnia wspólna to najbrudniejsze miejsce w jakim byłam w życiu! WSZYSTKO się klei i wzbudza obrzydzenie. W lodówce brakuje tylko robaków! Szafki popsute, wszędzie bałagan.Tragedia!!

It was not too far from the old town and Albert street which has nice Architecture. That was honestly the only thing to be liked.

I usually don't write reviews unless something is extra ordinary or very underwhelming. This one was underwhelming place that costed 75 euros per night. 1. The apartment was not at all clean, it had dirty vessels/crockery in the kitchen, spider webs on walls, dirt on the side tables, squeaky floor. No dishwash in the kitchen, no handwash in the bathroom. The furniture is very old and worn out. I could clearly tell that the apartment wasn't cleaned for days. 2. Non responsive staff - I had written a message to the manager, but never received the response where I asked for dishwash. 3. Pathetic wifi - the wifi doesn't even allow you to watch a video, let alone doing ofc work. I struggled big time and ended up finishing my monthly data pack. Plus the wifi didn't even have a range in the living room. 4. The outside of the apartment looks so sad and remote. There are nice buildings very close by, maybe 7-8 mins walk till Albert street. But the area where the apartment is built, it looks very deserted and didn't give a happy vibe at all. Saw teenagers doing drugs at night in their age old BMW and Merc. Don't think it would make people super comfortable to walk in this area without daylight. 5. The reception is not 24/7 as claimed on booking.com. Manager wasn't available for more than 2 hours in my entire 3 day trip to Riga. He did tell me about the post COVID struggles and how the business is struggling. It is visible the moment you step in the apartment. But they are only going to lose customers because of poor maintenance. Hope they revives the business soon
