"it was good for some days"

i like that old town was near, also free parking

apartment door was "paper", we hear everyting what happened outside door, bedroom bed was not comfy

"Terrible"

The hotel is in a good location but that is basically it. The batroom was smelling bad, odour of fungus coming from drains, everything inside the room was old and dirty. Went to bed and had to take a flight at 05:00 from Riga Airport - no air conditioning so we had to keep the window open. There is no smoking area in the hotel so we (staying on the 2nd floor) were just above the entrance where people were smoking and chatting loudly until 03:00. I got one hour of sleep (would have slept better on a bench in airport.

No staff to solve issues with the noise or cigarette smell.

"False double room"

The double room we were given did not correspond to any of the pictures in the website, and was so small that the two beds could barely fit (see picture). It felt like being in a storage closet. The two beds weren't even beds! They were two pieces of a sofa. The linen consisted of a single sheet that didn't even cover the full "bed", and the duvet was too short. By looking at other people's reviews I have the sensation that the guesthouse has good rooms but also rents others which are unacceptable.

"With friends"

Big room, clean. The breakfast was very good. The situation was excellent for architecture and arts lovers. Some restaurants nereby, Alberta Iela just around the corner. Walking distance to the old town. The property was not quite ready, personal place to stay.

"Good place near to the Riga Arena and price"

We go to concert so + Good location near old town and Riga Arena, Rooms clear. - One of room have very bad smell, we want want change- don't have. We have 6 rooms, so we deside live in 5 rooms and want money return. But Guesthouse do not did it. :( Breakfast was, but small selection
