Guesthouse Jakob Lenz

Good location, friendly staff and really good breakfast for a great price. The only downside were the wifi which sometimes worked, sometimes didn't and the bathroom sink which was slow running. Don't miss the amazing mural outside.

部屋がとても寒かったです。4階ですがエレベーターはなかったです。共同バスルームのトイレも床も濡れていました。シャワーで一気に洗ったんじゃないかという感じでした。部屋も前の人が忘れたメモがあったりと。寝るだけですかねえ。

This is a little secluded, feels like a back alley hostel but very quiet in a good way and large rooms. Breakfast is phenomenal given the price. Lots of cold meats, coffee, bread, eggs, pastries e.t.c Very generous indeed.

We didn't expect much due to the low price and the 2* rating but we liked it so much we stayed another night. The room was situated towards the inner courtyard and thus very quiet but of course also without view. There were three bathrooms for the floor which were cleaned frequently. The staff was friendly and helped us store away our bicycles though some of them didn't speak much English. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious though there are quite few tables so you might have to wait at peak hours. There's no elevator so be prepared to walk some stairs with your luggage. The wifi was a bit akward to set up but worked flawless once connected.

Good memories and nice service we have received at the Jakob Lenz guesthouse.Special thanks to Anna and Karls who took care of us all the time during our staying. The personnel was very friendly and polite.The room was clean with modern LG TV in it.The breakfast was very delicious and felt like a home made food:) I would certainly return here again!

I really liked the location of the guesthouse - close to the centre yet very quiet. The price for August was quite reasonable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts, too. Wi-Fi connection was always working well. So, I may say that it's a perfect place for this hotel category and for this price.
