Family break to this quite beautiful tiny Greek island. We holiday here regularly, and Golden View has an amazing view, lovely beach and nice pool. The bedrooms need a bit of money spent on them, especially the bathrooms. Otherwise all lovely.

Much to recommend - fantastic bar terrace adjoining private beach, perfect for swimming - Poros has few hotels with such excellent sea frontage. Every room has excellent sea view, and rooms are comfy with reasonable balcony. Walk from ferry port & main city bit grim - get a cab. Recommend this place however
third time to the Golden View and as always fantastic. A real " get away from it all experience" Can not overstate the welcome of all the people of Poros and the Golden View is just the perfect location ,really beautiful location and staff so lovely. Thankyou again till next year
Our stay was great in this hotel, its family hotel and great location. very safe and good. beach at the hotel is a puls, but u can walk 3 mints to near by beach which is very clean and nice
Will definitely stay here and recommend the hotel ... And stay longer...need to upgrade their breakfast offered - meagre compared to others and I personally like main meal at breakfast...
The rooms were clean, very bare. Lacked little basics such as tea, coffee and drinking water in the room. The shower broke on the second to last day. The service was great, fresh sheets and towels daily. Private beach was fantastic and location great as it close to a bike hire shop and a little walk to the port (shops and tavernas). Would stay there again.
Great hotel, but not their fault that when you search hotels in Hydra, this hotel comes up! Private beach, sun chairs, crystal clear waters, beautiful view - all that we were looking for, but we got off the ferry at the wrong stop because we believed this hotel was on Hydra. The front desk was very helpful, and the rooms were clean. We could easily walk into town for a fantastic seafood dinner.
The experience for me and my family was wonderful, the hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and customer service oriented..
Great place. private balcony with terrific view. generous-sized room. Large exterior terrace with swim pool, and stairs down to nice beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. >15 minute walk to town, but a cab is only ~4Euro.
