The noise isolation of doors and rooms is not good, we could hear the banging of all other doors as they opened and closed late at night and early in the morning The on premises restaurant food was subpar, not at all worth the price The hotel was good, but not worth the premium price we paid, but maybe the price was high because of the year end season . It is a good hotel if you get it for under 4k per night.
INFaced problems while check-in. Hotel said that they didn't receive booking. I reserved room from booking.com and had confirmed booking. My credit card was also accepted on file. I also called up the hotel on 17-Dec. Then I was told that booking was confirmed. I had to face delay and harassment due to this miscommunication between booking.com and hotel management. Hotel said they were over booked and couldn't provide room. After waiting for almost 1 hour in the lobby, they provided a room. That was a twin-bed room, but my reservation was for a room with queen size bed.

The staff were very disappointing with their approach and inability to provide solns to problems. They made. E and a few other guests to come down a few times to get the extra bed we paid for when we checked in. Worse, they dint even have cots, rather extra normal bed which was not worth the money spent. They did not even return or adjust the extra bed money with anything, even though they promised they will. I would recommend people to pass up this property if they can, as it's costly as a 5 star but very poor when it comes to amenities and customer service.
