DEWe had a rather old and very noisy room for the first two nights (the hotel was fully booked), but were offered a much nicer modernised room after that. Staff was generally very attentive and helpful (especially the security guy and our room service, Lalima and Dhanalakshmi) and food options were good.
AC is much too cold, which kept us from visiting the nice Mekong restaurant more often. There were some dead cockroaches in the hallway for days, before they were removed. The window on the third floor could be opened completely - a major safety risk when traveling with a child. Unfortunately, allergen information on the menu/buffet was often not correct - posing health risks.
