Service staff unhelpful and disappointing. Pathways to rooms have carpet which makes it difficult to roll bags. Elevators do not go all the way down to the lobby. So the bags have to be carried down the stairs 1 level .
NLRoom was clean and convenient for a single person
I was already an hour late for the check-in time, yet they still delayed another 30 minutes to give me the room. Their excuse was that a group of 60 guests checked out late. That reason is irrelevant to my case, I booked a room with a promised check-in time, and it should have been ready as scheduled. Check-out was requested on time, so there’s no justification for the delay.
ININLocation, Oriental restaurant Mekong was superb. Clean & Comfortable Rooms, Concierge service is also good. Ample space for parking. Good people, will try to do their best to make you comfortable & homely.
Breakfast & Breakfast area & table management in horrible situation. Breakfast tastes below average. Professionals required to up the standard of the Breakfast. Un-organized & Food doesn't taste good. Needs improvement.
