Old world charm with all the expected new amenities. Staff (Dimitri) in particular went out of his way to locate a much needed luggage repair shop.

Our new favorite among the nice hotels in the old town of Vilnius. Conveniently located on a quiet street just around the corner from the absolute city center. Friendly service, charming room with a very comfortable bed, nice linen and superb breakfast with nice extras, like omelette or Lithuanian pancakes freshly made in the kitchen. We will definitely be back to this place!

The best place to explore Vilnius Old Town and the best approach to guest care. Any help and assistance we needed was spot-on - from printing something to organizing non-standard requests. This is one of the rate properties where it's very convenient to stay for short-term like a week as well as for a month or so... never boring as you are in the heart of Vilnius, and there are numerous places to see and visit. If you're lucky, you can taste oysters at the property as well as have a late night special cocktails. Love it, will return again and again.

We spent four nights in this beautiful and stylish hotel. It is superbly chic in the “shabby chic” city of Vilnius. Our room was spacious and very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean with all mod cons but with loads of historic atmosphere. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful and cannot do enough for you in a very pleasant manner. They are a credit to their employers. The included breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice including vegetarian and served with such style that is rare these days. The only downside is there was not 24 hour reception cover at the time we visited but apart from that thoroughly recommended.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location in the old town. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel or use the restaurant, preferring to sample local cafes and restaurants, but I imagine the standard would have been very good. The hotel was quiet given the prevailing Covid situation, but the staff were very helpful and professional.

These people a dishonest and you shouldn’t be promoting their hotel. They contacted us just 6 hrs before our arrival to tell us of additional fees. We made our reservation 26 days in advance and it was paid for. They had plenty of time to contact us prior so we could chose if we wanted to cancel, but didn’t. They waited until our cancel time passed. Then they refused to give us our money and wanted 40 euros for a roll away bed and 20 euros for a breakfast (they better be offering some champagne at that cost). I called Expedia to report them. Dishonesty should never ever be tolerated.

My room was lovely - beautiful moulded ceilings and absolutely the most incredibly well-done bathroom: renovated in a cross between neo classic and art deco style with heated tile floors and sleek fixtures. Absolutely gorgeous!

Roof was spacious and comfortable Hotel is located in Old Town and easy walking to restaurants and tourist sites Friendly staff The breakfast is absolutely incredible, I jumped out of bed super excited for their tasty treats Would highly recommend
