I checked out of this hotel on the 18th of November and was assured my 100 pound deposit would be returned to my bank account by the time I got to the airport it's now been 10 days no deposit and now getting ignored by the hotel I would recommend no one uses this hotel

I think maybe it need modernisation, an upgrade. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any internet in my room.
