The hotel is in an excellent location, 3 minutes’ walk from the Europa center, with plenty of bars, restaurants, takeaways & shops. Contrary to what some people have said, we really enjoyed the food. Full English every morning if you wanted it, along with cereals cheese, meats, bread, fruit juice, coffee tea hot chocolate, all on tap. Lunch & dinner a great choice of hot & cold food, with a section for kids, usually chicken, burgers, sausage etc. Plentiful deserts to satisfy all taste buds, cakes ice cream etc. A fantastic meal was laid on Christmas eve, which was a credit to all the staff. I believe a similar meal is laid on new years eve Snacks available throughout the day, you could make your own toasty. All branded soft drinks were on tap, including fresh water, coffee, tea and chocolate. A selection of wines was on tap, including sangria. San Miguel was on draft and was available at the bar along with local alcohol drinks The cleaners and maintenance team worked really hard and kept the complex clean & tidy.

We had a rented car, we had to pay for parking at the hotel. A deposit has to be paid incase you damage anything. This was refunded on the day we checked out. I requested a suitable room for my wife a few months before as she has some mobility issue. we weren't happy with the room, after two days we were moved to what I consider to be the best room in the hotel, with a large terrace and sunbeds. The WIFI is rubbish, I brought a Tp link with me, so I managed to enhance the signal to our room. The WIFI is better around the heated pool is much better.

We asked in Reception, if we could see the room and the Lady in Reception showed us straight away. We had the choice of Room only or with Meals. The evening meals were from a different country every day. There are two small swimming pools and Entertainment in the evening. The staff were all great and very friendly. The walk in shower was a dream, the small kitchen area was fully equipped with a Kettle, fridge, coffee machine, cooking facilities with pots and pans and cutlery. The bedding was clean and there were blankets in the Wardrobe. The whole complex is clean and tidy and the room service was every 2/3 days. A very good price for a room considering how expensive Amadores is to stay. All in all we had a holiday feeling there during our four days.

If you have a room on the road side and you are a light sleeper, you might need ear plugs. It didn't bother us though.

From the moment we arrived, we were spoken to in a condescending manner, as if we were incapable of understanding basic information. Communication from security felt dismissive and repetitive rather than helpful, and the interaction lasted far longer than necessary before we were able to leave. Be aware that the rules provided in English do not fully match the rules communicated in Spanish, which may put non-Spanish-speaking guests at risk of unintentionally breaking rules they were never informed of. Whatever personal circumstances security staff may have, they should not be projected onto guests. Interactions should remain professional, proportionate, and focused on resolving the situation. Housekeeping staff, however, were kind, professional, and consistently pleasant.

Каждый день проводилась уборка а также замена полотенец ,персонал дружелюбный, Паркинг 5€ за сутки Есть стиральная машина и сушильная машина по цене 4€ за стирку на ресепшене можно обменять деньги ,рядом Дино магазин минута ,на территории также бар и кухня за отдельную плату . На улице также можно найти бесплатные места паркинга .в целом все понравилось

Don't often write reviews but felt I needed to after stay here. I've been coming to PR for 25 years and stayed in many places and never has it been as bad as this. I emailed before arriving asking for a room with either views, sun on balcony or a top floor and ended up behind the restaurant with none of the above and was told they were full. On entering the apartment the stench that hit you was disgusting. The drains were appalling. We complained to reception who said would send someone out. So next time we entered apartment we were overpowered by industrial bleach that stung your eyes and choked you. So instead we ended up buying our own bleach, candles, reed diffusers to try and help. We were not the only ones complaining of this sadly and the apartments were in no way full but no offer of moving us. Will never book for here again, too many other fabulous places to go to.

Wist niet dat er zo veel trappen te nemen waren

Couldn't sleep well in bed because mattresses was old and there was hole. WiFi wasn't in room. In the shower wasn't hot water properly so couldn't wash properly. In check in was asked for deposit 100€ wich wasn't said before reservation.
