Jusr came back from a week away ,apartments are lovely ,cleaners work really hard keeping everywhere clean ,staff are friendly, beer was san miguel so partner was happy we were all inclusive but only ate here once as we found food not so good or not very warm ,being chefs ourselves its something we care on so we ate out in puerto rico and its cheap enough to get lovely food especially bandidos steak house lush food, the europa centre is a couple of mins walk with bars and places to.eat the pool area is nice and quiet lots of sunbeds its good value for the price although next time we'll go self catering

Nothing. It was very far away from everything and the staff were unhelpful. Very patronising and sarcastic.

The lady on reception was so unhelpful, rolling her eyes. very rude and ignored me and my friend when we asked questions. She spoke in Spanish ( which we didn’t understand ) and was laughing whilst looking at us up and down. Overall the villa was not clean. Stains on bedding. Very dated furniture and most appliances did not work. Very far from Beaches and shopping malls. They charge a daily fee to use the iron and extra towels. They hold a €100 fee when you arrive to the hotel.
